UEM Sunrise Berhad (UEM Sunrise) adopts a holistic approach to property development, having renewed its commitment to creating sustainable urban environments by participating in the 9th World Urban Forum 2018, the world’s premier conference on urban issues. As such, in 2018, the company is developing a number of new projects that are set to embody this commitment.
Its latest landed residential development is Serimbun, which consists of 215 residential units that are slated for completion in 2020. Located in Iskandar Puteri, the strategic heart of Iskandar Malaysia, Serimbun has garnered strong interest from buyers with over 1,500 registrations to date.
UEM Sunrise is also set to bring to life the Gerbang Nusajaya Transit-Oriented Development plot, having announced Atkins as its master plan designer. The project will be developed in parallel with the Iskandar Puteri High Speed Rail (HSR) station as part of the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore HSR initiative, due for completion in 2026.
